§1 Integrity and personal data
Spinclick Media’s websites do not store personal information on the websites and function only as a gateway for potential customers.
§2 Responsibility
Spinclick Media cannot be claimed for any form of compensation and reserves the right to make typographical errors on the site.
Spinclick Media is not responsible for agreements, damages or other conflicts that occur between a client and third party.
Spinclick Media is not responsible for actions taken by third party suppliers.
Spinclick Media is not responsible for any performance of client’s business / websites.
Spinclick Media do not guarantee that goals and objectives are met.
Spinclick Media is an independent company and is not responsible for anything else.
§3 Intellectual Property
Customers are not permitted to allow third-party to use Spinclick Medias intellectual property in any form.
The customer itself is not permitted to,
- Tamper, modify, amend or copy the software
- Rent or lease it to third party
- Reverse engineer or disassemble the software
- Attempt to use any forms of security holes to own advantage
All licensed software from Spinclick Media is owned by Spinclick Media.
§4 Encryption
All customers will be supplied with an encryption key. The key is the customers responsibility and will not be shared by Spinclick Media to any other entity.
Upon loss or malfunction of the encryption key the client will need to acquire a new from Spinclick Media.
§5 Confidentiality
All information shared between Spinclick Media and clients are confidential. Each party shall be entitled to use the Confidential Information of the other party only in connection with the performance of the Contract and not otherwise or for its benefit or the benefit of any third party.
